A native New Yorker and proud, Black and Puertoriqueña, Krystal started her career in various linear TV & streaming roles on Complex, BET & Revolt. She has wrote & self-produced her original interview series highlighting the latest in Hip-Hop, "Kickin' It with Krystal Vega" (KWKV).

Recognizing that she would not have had the opportunities she's received without the support of other women of color who came before her in the industry, Krystal co-founded "Fortune & Forks", a resource group & network that brings industry veterans & young female entrepreneurs together.
