People love to make the distinction between male and female athletes, but what happens when you see only their accolades side by side and tell them to guess who is who? They might just struggle. We put 8 strangers in a room, no names attached and ask them to guess which resume belongs to which athlete. This is the Blind Resume Experiment.

On paper, male and female athletes have a striking resemblance. Despite the many challenges a female athlete may face in her career: pay inequity, maternity leave, limited resources (to name a few).

This experiment further proves the women's belong in sport, dominate sport, and perform sport at the highest level, time and time again.
