Do you accept returns?
We are a small but mighty team processing small batch orders so, regrettably, we do not accept returns at this time. However, we're more than happy to assist with size exchanges for unworn items. Just send us an email at hello@togethxr.com.

What should I do if my product is damaged?
Quality is our top priority. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out at hello@togethxr.com with your order number, photo of the damage and your shipping address and we’ll get you a replacement ASAP!

Our tees are designed for an oversized fit. We recommend sizing down one size if you’re looking for a true-to-size fit. Our hoodies run snug, if you prefer a baggier fit, we recommend sizing up.

When will my pre-order products ship?
It depends on your order and when it was ordered. You can always reach out to us directly for an updated ETA. Pre-order items typically ship within 2-3 weeks of arriving at our warehouse. Once restocked, orders are processed in the order received, usually within 3-4 days. Keep an eye on your inbox for tracking details.

To maintain the quality of your garment, we recommend washing with like colors and either hang drying or tumble drying on low heat.

Our hoodies are naturally dyed, and fading over time is expected. It's a natural characteristic of the dyeing process.
