Bumpy purchase but an amazing experience

I have been pondering to purchase this hoodie for at least a year, and finally purchased it because I was going to the US which was easier for delivery than Europe. But there were delays in supply which made it impossible for me to receive it while I was in the US.
But after explaining the situation to the support team, they proposed to send me the package to Europe directly, without making me pay more fees.
And I am super happy of the hoodie, the fabric is both heavy and breathable, I am 1,66m and purchased an L, it quite oversized but it was exactly what I was hoping for.
