Para Alpine Ski

Audrey Crowley made her World Cup debut at just 16, finishing fourth in the downhill and fifth in both super-G and slalom in Italy. A year later she won bronze in the giant slalom at the 2025 Para Alpine World Ski Championships. A five-time U.S. national champion – with titles in super-G, giant slalom, and slalom – Crowley has established herself as one of the brightest young stars in para alpine skiing.

Para Alpine Ski

Meg Gustafson is a visually impaired alpine skier – essentially only seeing with her right eye – who is guided on the mountain by her older brother, Spenser. The two communicate via Bluetooth headsets throughout each run, with Spenser staying no more than one gate ahead and calling out terrain changes and course dynamics while Meg races. With a resume of seven FIS wins and two World Cup podiums to her name, Gustafson heads to Milano-Cortina for her Paralympic debut with her brother by her side.

Para Snowboard - Snowboard Cross and Banked Slalom

Brenna Huckaby entered the Paralympic world with a stunning debut at the 2018 PyeongChang Games, where she swept gold in both snowboard cross and banked slalom. She returned to the podium at Beijing 2022, adding another gold and a bronze to her collection – tying her for the most gold medals in Paralympic snowboarding history. She will be looking to continue her snowboarding dominance and extend the Paralympic gold medal record at the 2026 Games. Off the slopes, Huckaby co-founded Culxtured, a media collective dedicated to changing the narrative around para sports.

International Paralympic Committee — Deputy CEO

Kristina Molloy is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the IPC. She supports the day-to-day management of the IPC and collaborates across the international sport community to deliver on the organization’s mission of promoting para sport and improving the lives of persons with disabilities worldwide. Molloy has spearheaded initiatives to strengthen engagement with member organizations, advance disability inclusion, and show that para sports transforms lives at both grassroots and elite levels.

Para Snowboard

Kate Delson broke onto the international para snowboard scene by winning her first competition at a Europa Cup in Finland, and she hasn't slowed down since. Delson finished the 2024-25 season ranked second in the world — a remarkable rise for an athlete who began competing internationally not long ago. Now 20 years old and the youngest member of the 2025-26 U.S. Para Snowboard Team, Delson is set to make her Paralympic debut at Milano-Cortina.

Wheelchair Curling

Born and raised in Mongolia, Oyuna Uranchimeg discovered wheelchair curling at age 43, after a friend brought her to lunch at the Curling Club in Blaine, Minnesota, where the local team was practicing. She joined the U.S. national team and made her Paralympic debut at the Beijing 2022 Games, where the mixed team finished fifth. Heading into her second Paralympics in Milan, she'll be looking to elevate Team USA’s wheelchair curling team even higher.

Team USA — Mixed Wheelchair Curling

No stranger to the international stage, Laura Dwyer has represented U.S. wheelchair curling since 2022. She was the first female alternate at Beijing, and is ready to show out for the debut of mixed doubles at this year’s Paralympics. She and her teammate, Steve Emt, are the 2025 reigning US national champions, but fell short at the world championships. There’s no sweeping in wheelchair curling, but Dwyer is ready to sweep the competition regardless.

Para Biathlon & Para Cross Country Ski

Kendall Gretsch has built a strong resume across three U.S. Paralympic sports. At the 2018 Games, she won two Nordic skiing gold medals, including the first gold in biathlon ever won by a U.S. Olympian or Paralympian. She then traveled to Tokyo and added a Paralympic gold in paratriathlon at the Summer Games before returning to the snow for Beijing 2022, where she collected bronze, gold, and silver across the biathlon events. Last season, the 33-year-old swept all three para biathlon events at the 2025 World Championships and added silver in all three individual para cross-country events, leaving her ranked second in the world in cross-country and fourth in biathlon headed into this year’s Games.

Oksana Masters is one of the best para athletes of all time – a 19-time Paralympic medalist who has competed at every Winter and Summer Games since 2012 across four sports — para cross-country skiing, para biathlon, para cycling, and para rowing. At Beijing 2022, she became the first American to win seven medals at a single Paralympics. Now 36 (and the most decorated American Winter Paralympian of all time), Masters enters Milano-Cortina as the world's top-ranked para cross-country skier and the world No. 2 in para biathlon in the sitting division.

From the long jump runway to the broadcast booth, Lacey Henderson brings unstoppable energy to the Paralympics. She holds the American record for para long jump and represented Team USA at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in track and field. Now, as a Paralympic announcer, Henderson’s bringing viewers closer to the Games. Henderson is also the mental performance coach for the Portland Timbers.
