The Tournament 🏆
The programs from the USA, Canada, Haudenosaunee, and Puerto Rico – the top four finishers at the Pan-American Women’s Lacrosse Championship in June – will compete once again in Maryland this weekend. USA and Canada are battling again in sixes after competing for the championship at The World Games in China last August.
ㅤ
Marie McCool (USA) won MVP at the event and was on the All-World team with four other players that will compete in the Atlas Cup – Shea Dolce (USA), Erica Evans (Canada), Charlotte North (USA) and Brooklyn Walker-Welch (Canada).
ㅤ
Every quarter of every game during The Atlas Cup, USA Lacrosse is giving away cash prizes during the 2025 Atlas Cup live stream. All you have to do is tune in to the stream, and you could be a winner.

Sixes ✔️
More touches, more goals, and quicker transitions: sixes lacrosse is the newest version of lacrosse – set to make its Olympic debut at LA 2028:
ㅤ
6️⃣ 6 vs. 6 format (5 field players + 1 goalie)
⏱️ 30-second shot clock & 8-minute running quarters
❌ No specialist positions
🥅 Possession automatically alternates after goals
🟩 Played on a smaller field (70x36m)
